Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, certain underwear and swimwear are final sale.

Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to send your package back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
